The Finals pairing is the Dream against the Valkyries. It is a best-of-seven. Game 1 is Saturday 17 October at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. The Valkyries, the higher seed, host Games 1 and 2 at Chase Center in San Francisco. The team lists tip at 12:30 p.m. PT, the same moment.

Friday’s clinchers: the Dream won 85-83 in New York. Angel Reese scored 22 points. The Valkyries won 87-77 in overtime at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas. ESPN’s series log also has Golden State winning Game 1 71-60 and Game 2 83-81, and Atlanta winning Game 1 92-82 and Game 2 101-92 in overtime.

Who is actually in this final
